I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins when i hit 3 months last week or like a couple of weeks already. simply because I heard you don't need to just until you hit 3 months (the first trimester). now I see why I'm taking them. I am not eating as greatly as I should. I'm trying but I can't get my head around it. so I'm gonna start taking them again. I'm not a salad eater only certain vegetables I'll eat. I'm trying to walk when I can get off the couch at work I'm up on my feet all day going all over the place so I get my exercise there. and I got 2 daughters ages 5&7 so they keep me busy as well. I cannot let go of soda.... I cannot lol. Lord help me I need some healthy mommies to team up with. or someone you e motivate with during this pregnancy and after. I already got a plan after so just for now. I'm trying to quit my burger king/fast food craving. ughhh I'm so sorry baby, mommy is trying. ;(
Lol!!!!! well as long as your eating I feel.like so is the baby. Your not starving so neither is lil baby. But I think you should take your vitamins because of the folic acid you both need. but other than that your good love
@nikkib14, hubby thinks I'm having a mutant ninja turtle because all I want is pizza lmao I drink water.. I'm drinking more than before but still!! lol
You still need to take your prenatals regardless if you eat healthy the vitamins that you don't get will be extra ones to go to the baby
