My 3 week old baby is eating 2 oz every 2-4 hours. Is this bad? That's what I noticed he keeps down best.. I was giving him 3-4 oz but he would litterally spit up so much, even an hour after I fed him. With 2oz he hardly spits up.

Definitely fine.   I give my 6 mo 3 ounces at a time.   At that age they eat small amounts but very frequently :)

My son wants to eat more, but can't keep more than 2oz down. I just gave him two, and he fussed so I gave him a little more and I went to burp him and he threw up :(

That's absolutely fine! Our gi specialist told us to remember babies tummies are the size of their fist😊
