Okay so I read that were suppose to sterilize (boil) the pieces to our pump everyday, is that true?

I don't sterilize mine everyday.. After I use it I soak it in hot soapy water and then wash it right before I use it.

I just wash mine in hot water once a day. I only have one bottle set tho so I just rinse the shields and bottles in hot water after every time I pump. 2 times a week I boil them tho

If you don't dry them than it could mess up the suction.

The tubes have to be air dried. I usually just wipe mine with paper towel if I didn't have time to let them dry. Seems to work well for me.

But I only wash the tubes once a day....
