So I told both my parents 2 hours ago and I've had no reply 😐

I feel bad for doing so but yeah I wrote a huge text which I think explained how I feel etc well. Mums just text back this second but nothing from dad yet. Surprisingly a reply I wasn't expecting. But I feel like a weight is starting to lift thank god xx

my parents wouldn't reply on purpose if I texted them lol. but at least you've had a reply now :) x

sometimes its easier to text them and tell them I told my mom and dad while they was on holiday haha I sent them a picture of the scan from 9 weeks xx

Obviously it's hit my mum hard as it took her two hours to reply but things seem positive with her but still no reply from dad which is no surprise to me really. He will either reply never and just deal with it or cut me off again but that's down to him at the end of the day. But chuffed that's out the way kinda now. Xx

thats up to him because it'd be his loss at the end of the day @ajs2094 and good time to enjoy pregnancy haha xx

I left a letter for my parents and we didn't contact each other for a whole weekend... gave them chance to calm down and by the time I got home we had a good conversation about it instead of arguments, I don't regret how I told them :) it was the best way and they are in love with my daughter now she's here :) do what you are comfortable with and don't regret anything xx

My mum told me and my dad? Well I told him on Skype 3 weeks after we found out :L xx

All family knows now. Over the moon how supportive they are been. Super excited now. So emotional. Xx
