do any of you guys have problems when laying down, like when I go to Lay down
then try to move ,turn or get out of bed my pelvic area hurts really really bad it feels broken I can't move in have to move very slow and hold on to the bed or my husband to get up.....worse pain 😯😟

I have the same problem. I have noticed if I have one body pillow behind and partially under me and one body pillow and regular pillow in front of me I can get semi comfy

Have your doctor check you for SPD because that's how I was feeling and then one of my midwives and nurses in L&D figured out what was going on.

it's normal, your hips are kinda "dislocated" to help deliver easily. my son is 2 but my hips we're still popping sometimes even a year after birth. sorry there's not much you can do. be strong.

I feel like that at 28 weeks. I think it's via I have a mattress on the floor and baby positions weird when I relax my hips. It's ass that's forsure
