then try to move ,turn or get out of bed my pelvic area hurts really really bad it feels broken I can't move in have to move very slow and hold on to the bed or my husband to get up.....worse pain 😯😟
I have the same problem. I have noticed if I have one body pillow behind and partially under me and one body pillow and regular pillow in front of me I can get semi comfy
Have your doctor check you for SPD because that's how I was feeling and then one of my midwives and nurses in L&D figured out what was going on.
I can't sleep on my left, have you tried sleeping on opposite side than normal?
it's normal, your hips are kinda "dislocated" to help deliver easily. my son is 2 but my hips we're still popping sometimes even a year after birth. sorry there's not much you can do. be strong.
I feel like that at 28 weeks. I think it's via I have a mattress on the floor and baby positions weird when I relax my hips. It's ass that's forsure
🙌🏻 I have that issue! I figured it was just another beautiful late pregnancy perk.
