I was told to get one in late pregnancy to wear until your milk comes in, then go try tthem on once your boobies are full.

I wasnt engorged with milk when i tried them on, but most nursing bras are made out of stretchy cotton/spandex material so itll expand If u get full and still fill comfortable.

I just got the biggest sizes and tried them all on until I found one that was comfortable
