hmm I don't know if thyroid will cause it to be outta wack. but you can definitely ovulate with out getting a period I'm not sure entirely bow that works though. I just know it can happen

are you breastfeeding or were you? I've barley ever had a period. like 3 a year maybe. sounds like your chances would be the same as before you got pregnant.
