Oh you'll know it's like someone ripping your insides out and stomach tightening all you wanna do is curl up in a ball and knock someone out hahh. At least that's what mine felt like and what I wanted to do ahah

I cried through each one and asked for pain medication...I started mine in the hospital because mine were induced. I thought I wouldn't be able to get through the horrific pain. Braxton hicks are just there.. . they come and go and u feel it but it's def not excruciating

if it makes you. clench your teeth and snap at anyone who tries to touch you then its contractions lol. I aS hurting so bad and breathing through clenched teeth and my dad was trying to be nice and comfort me by putting his hand on my shoulder but I growled out "do NOT touch me" through clenched teeth before he could get I'd hand on me.

You'll know the difference because real ones are extremely painful and you can't walk or talk through them and they are consistent and get stronger

contractions have a pattern and can be timed. My bh are sharp and hurt. for some people it doesn't. my contractions felt like a BH intensified 😭
