I would say...I mean, are we talking general health or sexual health? Someone who has tried for a year or more can still be generally healthy.

I tried to get pregnant with my ex for a year and I never got pregnant and I thought it was me who couldn't do it. And then with my fiancé I got pregnant first try.. Let's just say the 3rd time we started hooking up we got pregnant.... But my ex did a lot of pills so he probably had a problem with his sperm count. So it really depends on who the female or the male health. I guess that's what your talking about lol I'm just talking..

I used the withdrawal method (pull and pray) for 2 years and the month that we didn't pull, bam I was pregnant. I'd say my health was not immaculate but overall good :)

I got pregnant right away, and although that means I must be fertile I don't necessarily think fettle is the same as healthy.
