i need honest opinions. does getting a section hurt. like i know people have said there is pressure but i wanna know if it hurts
The procedure itself doesn't really hurt as much as it's uncomfortable. Recovering can be hard sometimes but it really depends on your body
I had a C section last Tuesday, I made sure I was super numb he kept asking me and I said dose me up . All I felt was tugging and pressure. I was in a lot of pain once numbness wore off but the pain meds saved my life somewhat, now a week later I'm doing just fine just gotta be careful cause I have ocd and major nesting issue now and I start to get sore. It's not that bad the one thing that sucks is recovery 6-8 weeks and or depending on your body and age im 21 and I was out and a kids bday party that Saturday (I do regret it cause I was sore and plus my back hurt ) everyone's body is different &a everyone's experience is different . One thing is I can't feel feeling around my incision and my mom said it's gonna take awhile to have feeling again but then again that jumps back to everyone's body is different ..
I am getting one for sure already been confirm and girl I am actually very scared. I get very bad anxiety from it. I know I'll be crying that day. I am scare during and especially after. Ugh!
Mine was an emergency and they just continued giving me more drugs until they kicked in, they wouldn't cut me open until I was fully numb. But I guess i can see that like If its severe like no heartbeat @chavalava @lilleeandbrantley and afterwards is hurting a bit but as long as you have someone at home to help you. I haven't taken any of the meds they've given me for afterwards but ibuprofen because my pain hasn't been that bad. I'm sure it's different for everyone but my experience has gone very smooth
like others have said pressure not pain. oh and some women have a permanent numbness around the scare area. It's 11yrs since my last and I'm still numb lol
during the csection is just pressure not pain @lilleeandbrantley
see im not scared about the pain after or the scar nothing just during @rhia
It dosent hurt during but after it hurts ALOT the healing part is not nice. Im not trying to scare you I just want to be prepared
@anim, thanks. i have a feeling i might be getting one and I've been watching so many videos about it but im still scared.
It depends if an emergency or planned and if it's an emergency the drugs may not have enough time to kick in
I didn't feel anything at all. Yeah there was a bit of pressure but it didn't hurt. Just kind of like someone pushing on you. Not uncomfortable at all.
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
When they induced u does it hurt?? And what do they do to induced u? I just wanna know that's all. 🤔🤔😐
My eyes!
Seriously this new BB update is hurting my eyes. I don't know how long I can last on this app with it looking like this!
Ok guys I know this is tmi but what can I do about having a hard time pooping... .it hurts soooooo bad
Ben constipated for a week & a half....I know this can't be good for the baby...any suggestions...this won't hurt the baby will it
The whole procedure itself didn't hurt (and wasn't scary) for me. It was somewhat of an emergency, I had to deliver at 29 weeks, but the c section itself wasn't bad. I was more bothered by the fact my legs were numb and I couldn't move them. I would say overall it was more pleasant than vaginal birth, but I was sore for the first two weeks...but then again I think I was sore for that amount of time with my vaginal birth too.
