🚨🚨QUESTION 🚨🚨 -- My daughter has lotssss of rolls. Her pediatrician said to keep baby powder in the rolls to keep them from getting irritated. My daughter has this on her neck... (The white stuff is the baby powder.). It's always red, but looks even more irritated tonight. I also read babies can get yeast infections in their neck rolls due to milk running down their chin... She had a bath tonight, and I'm wondering if I just aggravated the area from washing. Should I put something on the site? Baby powder? Diaper rash cream? Should I make a doctors appointment? My son used to get the same! Make sure you wash very well and let it dry. Baby powder actually irritates it because it feels like a burn. Diaper rash helped, but I made a doctors appointment and they gave me yeast infection cream and it disappeared in a day!

My daughter gets the same thing. it's just from being moist, milk running down or sweat. . I just get a baby wipe and clean real good there after feeding and make sure that it dries also I clean gold they're during bath time, I usually just put soap on my fingers and rub there so I know I got it. After doing this a few days it went away

I think it should be ok I didn't use it a lot but you can try coconut oil maybe

how often do you wipe her down? do you think that'll prevent it because i would think that baby powder would get cakey between her rolls

@phasion, I wipe her down after every single feeding. I'm thinking I may be wiping her down too much and it's irritating her skin. Either way.. I was able to get her into an appointment with her pediatrician today at 2:00pm. 😊

@pamychris, oh nice! I made her an appointment today. Hopefully they can give us something like that. Her skin looks a million times better today, but who knows how long that will last.
