In Kc we have a program called happy bottoms that helps with those. Ask around some churches will help. Prayers.

You should invest in some of these http://www.walmart.com/ip/Waterproof-Pads-4-Pack/5446853 also some cloth diapers. But I second with @gabbii to wake him up on a schedule throughout the night to get him trained.
