I mean she did before then, but really started doing it then.

kind of, not really. At a month to two months she mostly slept or was looking around on her own.

My daughter smiles and coos/start making a bunch of noises when she hears my voice, she doesn't exactly turn towards it yet tho... If I pass something slowly past her face, she will follow it.
