Has anyone had a prenatal massage? Was it worth it?

Yes I went yesterday! It was much needed!!

I was on my side. The painful part was her massaging my sore hips and my sciatic nerve.

@mommyslittleman, did you feel better the day after the massage though?

I feel like I felt better, yeah :)
