does braxon hicks make you feel like you have period cramps?and i do have tightn alot but i just thought it was baby going into a ball or somthng lol@reaganmommy2015

your stomach tightens up. and contractions do feel like really bad period cramps. especially when your in active labor. they don't start out as bad though. and if you try different positions tie are the pain and it doesn't go away. then those are true blue contractions. also you may wanna time them.

@caseysmommy, it feels like the baby is balling up in your stomach for a few seconds the it goes away. It's your body was of getting your ready for the real contractions sometimes they are painful and sometimes you don't even know your having them

To me contractions feel like cramps that u get wen u gotta take a big poop.

My bh contractions just feel like tightening with the begin of how period cramps feel but everyone is different

it was so werird lastnight i was sleeping on my side and woke up in the worst pain ever. and it felt like bad poop cramps or somthng.and i couldny even move untill it was over. it was horrible im just curious what that was@aj1115

I've gotten that in the middle of my pregnancy i didnt not know what it was i was at DMV and I literally couldn't walk to the car i was crying histericlly outside and my boyfriend and i thought i was gunna miscarriage right there ): but it went away like 10 minutes later i haven't found out what that was and haven't had it since

Yes ! For me I felt like I had to poop I kept trying to go and I couldn't later talking to my nurse at the hospital she told me they were contractions

Your welcome! I never had Braxton hicks because my first pregnancy was a miss carriage but that sounds like what's going on , I've heard drinking cold water and laying on your left side helps :) hope it helps
