Is it normal to have more than 2 ultra sounds through pregnancy my last pregnancy all i had was my 8week and then 18 week ultra sounds and so far this time ive only had those two id love to see the munchkin since its been 14 week since my last ultra sound but i dont want my dr to look at me like im crazy

It all depends on your doctor. Some ladies get one at every appointment. I'm 39 weeks and I've had 4.
Depends on doctor and insurance. I have an ultra sound every apt and I am not high risk with this one. It's just how the office works. Also my insurance covers anything and everything pregnancy related so they cover every ultrasound. Some insurance only will cover a few.
I had one on the 8th week appointment when I found out. and now I'm gonna have another one my 18 week for the anatomy scan. so its normal for me

See this is more of a high risk for me difference is that i go and have a vein and stent ultrasound but they aren't very nice when giving me a sneak of the baby
Usually you get either 2 or 3 anything more then that is due to complications
Around my area in Minnesota, one ultrasound at 20 weeks is the norm. I had one at 7 weeks because of 2 misscariges before this pregnancy and then the 20 week anatomy scan.
