having really bad back pain in lower back.

my heat pad is the same takes the edge of a lill bit mines worse at night after laying down x

Thanks hun I've got a heat pad you put in microwave didn't think of that.
It's horrible had it for a week now getting worse.x

heat pad, warm baths, paracetamol, gentle back rubs 😊 hope u feel better soon x
