walk! I had my membranes stripped and went into labor the next night, but that doesn't always work. I know you're uncomfortable, but hang in there! your baby will come when he is ready!

Ask to have your membrains stripped.. Also "I heard" pouring hot coffee ☕ in toilet 🚽 and sitting over it will loosen the mucus plug

I eat spicy food already and my husband works 80hrs a week it's hard to get sex in there and I've been walking....I have a yoga ball to bounce on does that help?

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol
I'm not dilated at all. My cervix is soft...that's it he couldn't even feel the baby's head. I'm so disappointed I could cry.. Over it... Fucking over it.
