So I literally just buy ribs (from Costco) they're so good. They come like 3 racks to a pack....I season them with salt pepper and garlic powder. I put them on a sheet pan in a 225 oven for about 7 hours. At the halfway mark you can baste with your favorite bbq sauce or leave them dry. By the end...they are fall off the bone yummy!
