I'm not sure if laxatives are ok, but Colace is good. I've used that.

Prune Juice. Just drink a glass or two.

@mila05052016, Its not fun for sure. Another thing that works for me, Flex seeds in my oatmeal or cereal in the morning and alot of water in the day to keep things regular. I'm all for the natural remedies vs some pills etc.
