why is it I never sleep longer than 3 or 4 hours at a time any more 😭

yeah i was waking up every 1 to 2 hours but i sleep propped up now because of the heartburn and since i sleep like that i can sleep 3 yup 4 hours.....but i miss all night sleeping. it's going to be so long before i get that again

welcome to the joy of pregnancy. I'd say it gets better but it doesn't. i can only sleep 1-2 at a time if lucky.

I wish I slept that long ! I wake up every hour and a half. 😞
