Breastfeeding is great when you're eating great if not then your baby get the same junk the mommy consumes

This is what I was told. Formula is man made where breast milk is all natural so all natural nutrients and it actually has more nutrients then formula. Breastfed babies very rarely get sick. But formula is not bad it's just not as good for babies but it's defiantly not bad! The first four months pediatrician a strongly recommend breast then formula

it's not bad at all, had my two boys on formula and there perfectly healthy and not to mention smart too. I've been giving breast milk this time around because she was born super early so it's definitely recommended for preemies. It's your choice to formula or breastfeed and either way your baby will be healthy
