@aliya0915 @ashleynicole yes !! today for breakfast i just drunk coffee i made cream of wheat it was my first time trying it and i threw it out because it was disgusting. for lunch i ate mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and chicken breast all sauteed together on a skillet
