for those who took evening primerose oil how long in advance did u take it? I'm being induced and I just need to be dilated enough to not get a csection. how many did u take orally n vaginally? the bottle says 3 times a day...

you can take it. no matter what your body won't go into labor unless it's ready to.

I didn't take it. but my friend did and she took it orally 3 time a day I believe. our midwife told us that vaginally taking it can actually cause your water to break sometimes
