whatever works @faithbryana ! I just want a good night's sleep

Oh girl ambien makes me sleep walk like crazy!! Haha I eat and don't even know it. It's crazy haha that's why they had to switch me to seroquel. But if visatril is safe I hope they will give me that ! @calliesmith

I was on ambien which helped tremendously but none of my doctors would prescribe it since i got pregnant and I suffered this whole pregnancy without any sleep. That over the counter mess does nothing for me. If Vistaril is safe maybe my doctor will give that to me.

@faithbryana, my doctor prescribed vistaril. I take that with a unisom and a vitamin B6 and it has changed my life. I can sleep now!!! And it's totally safe!

That reminds me I did take Benadryl a few times at the beginning and it really didn't do much for me either. I was on Xanax last year and then I stop them and I was taking Benadryl and it was actually working then out of a no where it stopped. Sometimes it helps me but it gives me a nasty feeling after I wake up. Oh by the way the Benadryl I took are prescribed it's a little pink pill. I was hospitalized after I stop Xanax because they wanted to make sure I didn't get any terrible withdrawals so that's how I started Benadryl and it was working a week later got out the hospital and at home Benadryl over the counter was working fine and then it stop. Well when I get pregnant at first I could t sleep but I didn't want to take over the counter so they prescribed me the same ones I had at that hospital and they did nothing.

I was taking seroquel. Completely fine in the beginning of pregnancy , but we just don't want the baby having withdrawals when she is born. So we went ahead and stopped them. He told me to take Benadryl and that literally did nothing at all !! @faithfulness88

What sleeping pills are you taking? I had that problem before I got pregnant but pregnancy makes me so sleepy more than ever. But I have my days don't get wrong. Try drinking chamomile tea. That makes you sleepy. It might not work right away but maybe after a few days it'll will.
