ladies.. theres deep deep pressure down lower abdomen area.. like I'm going to poop myself... and then it feels like someone is taking a belt and tightening it way to far.. the belt thing is every 10 min.. advice?? ftm

I felt like that last week and when I went to l&d i was in labor and they had to stop my contractions and give me a shot also to mature my sons lungs
