So its final... Made the decision to stop breastfeeding 😭. My breast hurts because of the drying up process but my nipples feel so much better. Aliya seems relieved when eating. She's sleeping better and I'm not locked away. Lactating was not an issue but she was using me as a pacifier and I don't do the cry it out method.

Whatever decision works for you should be embraced! You're a great mom who has both her child's and her best interest at heart. Breastfeeding isn't for everyone 😗
