@marileab, good to know to try milk. I love spicy food. I think 90% of what I eat is spicy.

@_akgirl I have tried 3 different gummies and 2 pills. all gave me heartburn. I did take Flintstones with my son which worked great! Thanks for reminding me about them. Now I have something to fall back on if these ones kill me :-)

I've never had heartburn. if they do you could talk to your doctor about switching to gummies. one of my old coworkers was also allowed to take the Flintstones vitamins. so something to think about should these not agree with you. hopefully they do!!

I take these too! I take them at night with milk and I've never had a problem :) I have heart burn now in my second trimester but I think that's more because all I ever want is spicy food now

@_akgirl, Hopefully these ones don't give me heartburn. Have you experienced heartburn with any of the prenatals you have tried?

I was the same. I had to buy more and this was the only option. I actually like them better.
