Will Wic give me vouchers for the milk I need for my baby if her pediatrician writes a doctors note?

I'm having issues with my son. Pretty sure he's colic so we did a formula switch and he's been doing well on alimentum. My mother in law is a pediatrician and is here from Hawaii and she told him just to start giving him breast milk only. I took him off of breastmilk and cut everything from my diet that was gassy and gave him just the formula to see is that would help. He doesn't latch and it's so stressful. I can't even pump what he needs right now. I don't know what to do.

I had to change and Wic took my doctors note and changed it for me
