When eattin eggs while ur pregnant can i eat eggs fred eggs with the yolk runny ? Or is the runny yolk a bad thing for pregnacy ?

No yolk. They have to be like scrambled and fully cooked. No runny :(

no the eggs have to be fully cook to avoid the risk of bacteria infection that can be deadly for the baby

Has anyone eaten runny egg yolks while pregnant? I’ve just ever heard from other people you shouldn’t but my dr has never once told me I can’t and I’m seriously wanting some.
