I'm about to quit. I'm not about to bust my ass every day and not be appreciated or recognized for anything I do. I'm 28 weeks pregnant next week and I feel like I get worked the hardest and get criticized at everything i do. I'm sore every damn night when I get home. my daughter has to be out past 12 am every night because her father and I switch off . I'm high risk over here basically straining myself to prove that I'm worthy of the job and it's like they are spitting in my face each time . I know they trying to fire me anyways. I was in the hospital for 4 days I told them I was admitted and I couldn't be there they labeled me as a no call no show and now I have points . I feel it's not fair . I know this is a job. I'm trying to do my part . the employees are also rude and disrespectful. so , I'm done . I really think today was my last day. I want to stay with the company but not if I'm getting treated like this.

As a fellow HR rep . Call the HR dept there and share your concerns as this is a big discrimination case that can really cause them some issues they should offer some assistance in fixing it

ok I will thank you. and I know it's not just me because it's another girl that's training like me and she doesn't get the same treatment as me . no one does there. I know I'm still on my probation but they don't have to treat me like this. and , it's crazy because it's only problems with the employees. I don't have any problem with the customers. they like me. I don't just talk to them like they are just a number to get out the door.

I'm in the same boat im 28w3d and I hate my job if I didn't know we needed the extra money I woulda been quit but I really don't wanna stick all that on my bf. It's really hard tho bc it seems like since I've gotten pregnant I work way more and they have my schedule all kinds of crazy. I gotta work 12 days straight just to get ONE day off and it's getting to me I still have 3 days plus today to work before I get my day off and I'm sick and don't feel like going at all
