I started having serious lower back pain at 20 weeks. It's gotten better in that it's not an every day thing now, but I still have my bad days. I don't like taking any kind of meds or chemical creams so I just do a lot of stretching and ask hubby for back rubs. It helps and usually I feel better after just laying down for a little while.

I am dying to delve into some prenatal yoga and pilates, however Im currently on bedrest. I cant wait to be able to move around again!
