crying because I just am not getting enough breast milk to feed my daughter and have been having to supplement with formula. I hsve tried drinking Mother's Milk tea and I drink lots of water and it seems like my supply just keeps decreasing more and more. Earlier I could only pump a few drops. I feel like I'm failing her because I can't give her all the breastmilk she needs :(

Step 1 Pour the seeds into a blender and slowly add milk and sugar.
2 Mix at high speed in the blender and add more milk if it turns into a heavy cream and then strain it.
I went through the same thing so I started drinking Ajonjoli and now my milk supply is amazing. Go to a hispanic store and buy the Ajonjoli seeds.
Dont give up, I had to do that after I would nurse my son it took some time but now I have no issues and he only drinks breast milk now (: as long as your bub is full thats all that matters. Nurse than after supplment if you have too than your body will regulate and produce more!
Don't give up! keep popping hee on the boob your milk is going to come. As mom's we feel like we're failing but in reality we are not. I'm sending you all the good vibes. You're a strong momma who wants to provide the best for your baby and I applaud you for that
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭

I know what I was meaning to ask y'all . Is it true that at the age of one your baby would have to switch to sippy cups because of their teeth rotting out?
The nurse told me I would have to stop Carmen from drinking out of bottles since she's has been switched to whole milk because it will start rotting out her teeth.🤔 Help me understand because either way wouldn't the whole milk still be in her mouth unless you brush her teeth ?
I just tried grass fed organic milk..... I think i have been drinking wayyyy processed milk for too long because i think i just taisted the grass in the milk like it realllyy is grassy milk and dont know why i didnt like it 🤔am I supposed to boil before drinking it?
