So I have my first doctor's appointment/ultrasound this coming Tuesday so they can determine how far along I am. Since I just missed my period prior to last month, my nurse estimated me about 4-5 weeks but it's not for sure due to not knowing the last day of my cycle. I just know this morning sickness is kicking my ass! 😞 lol
