So I've been breastfeeding off and on and she latched within minutes after birth right away correctly , she does better with the left over the right, she literally kept sucking just to suck and one nurse in recovery said its not advised for her to have a pacifier but I told the nurse in my regular room I don't see an issue with it she sucks her hand and everyone's fingers too 😂 what do you guys think? Once she got the pacifier she was like👼

I gave one to my son while breastfeeding and it didn't affect him latching or anything. He also did fantastic going from a bottle (when I wasn't there) back to the boob with no issues at all

Give her one if that's what you feel comfortable with. Nothing wrong with allowing her to use a pacifier! Lol your child.

Well, I'm not a nurse, but I've had 4 babies and Breast fed them all. Two were thumb suckers and 2 took pacifiers. I don't see the problem if she is latching properly and eating well. Babies like to suck. They will find something to suck on whether it be a thumb, fingers or a pacifier! You're doing great mommy. Congrats and Enjoy your baby!
