bounce on a ball, squats, walking, going up and down stairs, nipple stimulation. these all helped me to dilate more but bouncing on the ball helped the most.

You can buy them at rite aid. Or probably a grocery. You have to shoot liquid up you #2 hole and it forces you to quickly have a bowel movement but from the old wives tale I was told it gets your uterus contracting because of the sudden movement.

I've been trying everything! Monday I was only 1cm dilated and they did a membrane sweep. I was 38 weeks exactly.. So far nothing is helping :(

@gabrielle_d, see I'm frustrated this time because around 37 weeks I was already 2cm ! And I'm 36 weeks and have nothing..last time I was half a Cm I believe. The only difference is I had a lot of sex lol this time I barley have sex because it's uncomfortable ugh but I may just have to bare it !!
