Sex (with you on top), jumping jacks, walking, bouncing on the bed!

Lol yes ma'am! That's what everyone told me! They say it really works. I could tell a difference, but still had to be induced because I wasn't having contractions!

I've heard walking never worked for me though had to get induced had my baby girl at 40 weeks via csection she was big
