Primrose oil! I've been taking them! They're capsules you can get them at the drug store. They soften your cervix and help with dilation. They're wonderful but take a few weeks to work usually. I'm sad I didn't start mine earlier. It's said you can take them orally starting at about 35 weeks and vaginally at 36-37 weeks.
