thank god we don't have it here in Texas @waterbabies . the house has to have been completely abandoned to claim squatter rights. I think I saw it on TV a couple of weeks ago. that sucks but regardless he has to be out.

if the person's been there for more then 3 months they can actually refuse to leave and you have to get an eviction notice to make them leave from a court :\ it's call "squatters rights" not sure if they have that in your state but they do in ct and my brother found that out the hard way!

Lol it's my husband's best friend but he really irritates me every time I see him my day is ruined. I just want him out of my house already. he just can't get his shit together and it's annoying 😩😒

I told him, sorry, but you aren't fulfilling your agreements, and since I'm having a baby, I'll need that room for a nursery. so you have 1week to gather your things, or I will sell what I can, and throw the rest out on the curb. it's not the nicest way. but ppl
