re u calling from a cell phone? cell phones will drop calls. i had to use my house phone. @luciasmommy_ ..... but if its a busy signal keep calling its alot of ppl calling so line will b busy keep calling back to back thats what i did and i got in.

@luciasmommy_, I was getting the same thing I called my local sams & asked about it the lady told me I didn't need to call just go in with my ID & tell them about it & id get it that day I'm going on Friday to get mine. I'd say try calling your local sams club & ask it may be easier

Yea I just called asked her about the free new moms membership & she said just come in mention it & bring your ID I even asked I don't need to call a number or bring in a number she said no maybe it's just different in every state I had been calling the number all morning before I decided to just call the local one
