I'm so sad 😔 I've been pumping and have only gotten 2 in half oz out each time. Does this mean I don't have a lot of milk and won't have? Is my milk going to go away soon? I really wanted to breast feed my baby girl 😢

Pump all day every two hours anytime she is not feeding u should be pumping and because u are pumping that is why you are under the misconception that u are not giving her enough, at 1 week she only needs a ounce or two each feeding if she was on your boob that's all that she would be getting but because u see it u assume it's not enough common mistake on our parts and you should consult a lactation specialist because there was really no reason to add formula this early. How much formulae are u giving because if u are giving more than 2 oz at each feeding now you are training the baby's stomach to desire more so if you don't pump and do things to get your suply up u will have to always supplement with formula. If you are home all day just take some time be lazy and let the baby nurse all day sounds draining and non productive but it helps your milk if u really want to Breast feed and esp if u want to do it exclusively which is what I do.

How many times a day should I be pumping? My baby turned a week old today. I've been giving her formula also because I don't produce enough and was scared of her dehydrating and at the hospital her pediatrician said to give her formula while I produced milk. @ginag918

Just keep pumping , drink water, eat oatmeal, get some fenugreek pills& mothers milk tea and u will see a diff in a few days but u have to keep pumping! If you just had your baby she will be find with whatever you produce. Are you only pumping or nursing too? Do some skin to skin with baby n have her latch on too

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
