could these cramps and back pain be me contracting or dilating? because it's in my back so I can't time them

@ambiibambii, at 35 weeks... The most likely scenario is straight up back pain. Your baby is big enough your balance is off and it's harder on your back. The random cramping could be Braxton hicks. Try putting some heat on your back.
I have constant back pain but there are times when I get cramps and it gets worse @mrslawless
Depends... Is it just constant back pain? If it's not coming and going at all you probably just have back pain.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Think we will be back in Oklahoma in a couple weeks so excited to go back home 😂😂🥴🤞🏼
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩

@ambiibambii, are you dialating? Effaced? If yes it could be early back labor... Maybe. But you should check with your doc to see if they want you to come in
