What's the normal amount of breast milk you should pump?

My lactation nurse said by 2 weeks after delivery you should be pumping 20oz every 24 hours, but ideally it should be about 30oz every 24 hours.

anything over 2oz is considered oversupply.

It fluctuates based on different factors. One of the biggest factors is how far along you are postpartum. I saw someone post a photo once that gave a general guideline to see whether you are pumping enough, but I have no idea where to find it!

However much your able to get out of your breast!! There's really no certain amount lol, if you get over a oz u can easily store it for the next feeding or whatever.
