You're supposed to boil new everything.

I'd suggest doing it with all the bottles, nipples, pacifiers, teething toys, etc. after that you can just wash them.

I did, I just used the dish soap I've always used, and really hot water when I wash them. I didn't boil them every time. I know you can get special soap to wash bottles, but regular soap worked fine.

There's baby dish soap but I just use regular. Dawn is really good.

You can buy baby dish soap but I'll just be using dawn

i used to rinse and sterilize everything new especially bottles because they feel slimy at first. or boil now i just use soap

Do you have a dishwasher? Most dishwashers have a sanayizing option, that way your killing two birds with one stone.... cleaning and sterilizing.
