personally I think that before 6 months that the CIO method shouldn't be used but that is my personal opinion.

Well no not in that situation. But I mean when they're throwing a fit. When they're way too attached to someone or something. It's for different situations @andiryan93

I don't agree with the CIO method. no matter the age. what if they are a toddler and they have a tummy ache would you make them cry it out?

my baby is 6 months and I tried it the other night...lasted 2 minutes lol. I'm trying to get her to fall asleep in bed instead of me rocking her...I put her in tired with a binky...when she gets fussy I go is and say mommy's here and stroke her face or hold her Han but don't pick her up...I do that til she calms down...sometimes it works lol. we actually bought a cd player to play soft music and that seems to help. at just a few months tho they may still need to be held often to feel safe...I wouldn't try the CIO method that young.
