lay it flat when you freeze it so it saves room, take a 12 pack soda box and cut the top off for super easy storage and make sure you write how many ozs are in the bag I didn't for awhile. ohhhh and when mixing multiple pump sessions make sure the milk is the same temp when mixing

You can freeze it and it's good up to 6 months in the fridge it's good for about 4 days

Remember 5, 5hours in room temperature, 5days in the fridge, 5months to a yr in freezer
