@hayhayes1, are you a nurse? Normally when we have adequate staff but our census is low our nurse manager would ask RN's if they want a personal/holiday/vacation day. That applies to only the nurses.

@nurseriri, I am a CNA. They will send someone home if we are overstaffed. It's just how the hospital is. But since I already have another job lined up I asked to leave.
