Had my growth scan today. Possible induction is on the cards for next week not booked in yet as wanted time to think. They are going to scan me again next week on Tuesday and they will check my cervix. I will want to meet my little man but also need more time = nervous and excited

@maria-4, it's so different over here too.. every mum saying a bath really helpful... but in Latvia doctors strictly doesn't allow to have a bath in early stage and last week's(( don't understand this policies.. I am tempted to have one, but scared because been told not to when I had my older son xxx
@oweatherby, yeah I know how you feel Hun I went 9days over due with my first and second pregnancy second he was born 9lb 2oz felt like it would never end lol yeah every pregnancy baby and mums are different so wired I was so shocked. I hope you are able to rest soon the only thing that helps me is a bath. Not long now we can do it :-) xx

so different for each mum x I am so tired to be pregnant, my legs blue from poped veins and back hurts unbelievable, can't sleep for ages...
counting weeks and can't wait to have a baby x so strange to read different posts, where some mums has to 've induced earlier, some waiting ages and go over due x
It's something to do with baby's not getting everything it needs to grow or the blood flow to baby could be bad so would be better for baby to be born at term and get the food it needs. I'm going in at 37weeks for another scan first as I don't really want to be induced if I can help it or go on as long as possible being checked xx
I confused now... why would anyone decided to induced at 37 weeks?
my midwife said if I will gonna have a section it gonna happen at 39 weeks.... lots of friends of mine had babies at 38 weeks and later.. and been induced only if they over due...
when I had contractions at my 33 weeks doctors adviced try to keep a baby in till at least 37 weeks... but there are few weeks after baby can be born..
why you have to be induced at 37 than?
28weeks he was 2lb 8oz at 34weeks he was 4lb 13oz and now at 36+3 he's 5lb 14oz xx
@tremzini, they said I'm measuring small was 36+3days yesterday and they said they normally induce at 37weeks xx

Until we find out what iron baby is. Decided to do an early scan since my husband won't be at the next ultrasound, and my son won't be at our level 2 scan...I wanted us all together.
Will they do a growth scan at my next appt ill be 36 weeks 2 days??
So my next check up is at 23 weeks. Why haven't I scheduled my anatomy scan yet?? I've been wanting to switch OB for some time now for various reasons. Is it time for me to go? They seem to be huge slackers.
I just wanna see my Callum Andrew again but I want him to be bigger come on 10 week scan!

@oweatherby, yeah it's safe to have a warm bath as long as it's not to hot :-) I have done with all 3 of my pregnancy all be fine and healthy. They say don't go in a hot tub. You can have water births over here :-) xx
