Hey ladies day one of working out is in the books. I've been feeling really down about myself lately and I honestly have no excuse not to work out. I gained 50 lbs while pregnant with Callie and I've only lost 20 lbs I don't care about getting back to my old size, but I do want a flat stomach again so now to clean my eating up as well. hope you ladies are reaching for your dreams and keeping up the good work!

thanks @erinflaherty818 ! And @phasion now that I've started back I've noticed already that I'm feeling better, and I hope you achieve you goals. it gets so hard for me sometimes with working night shift and just not having the motivation to anything or eat right

I gained 50lbs and lost 20 as well yesterday I started really focusing on my eating I can't fit any of my workout sneakers due to weight gain so I can't really get in a good work out until I purchase some more until then I'll just be doing stretches , squats , arm workouts , etc . I will be documenting my journey on snap chat (PhasionDoll)

@calliesmom, you can do this! Consistency is the key! When you slow down/plateau, don't stop, just switch things up a bit. Keep your body confused!
