could be regulated, too. anything over 1.5 oz is actually considered an oversupply. try not to stress. like @edomke said, could be an off day. I've had a few.

You could just be having an off day. Make sure you are drinking enough. Try oatmeal once a day and one quart of powerade or Gatorade

Oh I should prob mention I only pump because she was born at 30.3 weeks and has never latched on.
I pump every 3 hours. but it's like I just pumped and only got 1.5 ounces. and usually I get 4
I didn't breastfeed, but pump, a lot. It helps your body keep trying to produce it and it should start back up.

I drink 150 ounces ounces a day plus plus a powerade.. plus fenugreek/ blessed thistle pills and mother milk tea. Just add flax seed yesterday.
I was doing oatmeal but I didn't see any help. @_akgirl @edomke
Lily eats 24-30ml a day so I need that 4 ounce every 3 hours to keep up.
